Origination – ACHieve On-line
ACHieve On-line is CenCorp’s Web-based origination service designed with a user-friendly interface that allows you to quickly build, maintain and send your origination files. ACHieve On-line screens can be easily branded to give the look and feel of your Web site for your business accounts and SEGs. Originate any type of recurring deposit or payment with ACHieve On-line, such as direct deposit of payroll or loan payments.
ACHieve On-line offers the features that will allow you to maintain and build your origination business. These features include:
- Access through the Internet with no need for special software and communications equipment
- System easily accessed by your SEGs and/or business members
- Access to a system warehouse to view, research and edit items
- Advanced security features such as data encryption and password protected access
- Training and support provided by CenCorp
ACH Receipt
CenCorp’s Receipt processing offers you the flexibility to receive your ACH activity without the need to maintain a Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) connection. CenCorp will receive, settle and transmit your ACH activity to your data processor for posting.
Receiving your ACH through CenCorp offers these features:
- ACH reports and transaction detail available through EDGE On-line
- Single or multiple daily file deliveries
- Settlement through your Hi-Yield account
- Training and support provided by CenCorp
- A flat monthly fee that includes unlimited electronic returns and corrections
CenCorp offers several options in processing your returns and corrections. We can accept your returns and corrections by direct file transmission, delivery through the Internet, fax or phone. You can take advantage of our ACH Return and Correction modules through EDGE On-line. These modules simplify the processing of returns and corrections by offering the convenience of derived returns. This time-saving feature minimizes data entry. Simply enter the trace number, dollar amount or date, select the return/correction code and the item is ready to be processed.
The ACH Return and Correction modules also include these features:
- Quick and easy access to 60 days of ACH receipt history online
- A 45-day stored archive of return and correction history
- Change or delete items prior to the daily processing deadline
- Reports available confirming your daily return and correction activity
- System administrators control user access
