• Share Draft Balancing. The charge to your Hi-Yield account for the share draft items presented on a daily basis is equal to the total of items transmitted to you. You do not have any reconciliation or adjustment responsibility since CenCorp performs these functions for you.
• Return Item Processing. Your staff selects items to be returned from your internal data processing system and transmits them to CenCorp each day. CenCorp prepares and returns your items.
• Image Accessibility. Access to share draft images is available at the end of the business day. Use EDGE On-line to easily view share draft images before you make your return item decisions. EDGE On-line also gives your staff the ability to fax or email share draft images directly to your members.
• Home Banking Image Access. CenCorp can provide image access directly to your members through your home banking product. Your members can view and print their cleared drafts from the convenience of their home without involving you.
• Images for Selected Accounts on CD-ROM. CDs containing share draft images for a selected account can be produced. Whether it is for business or a natural person account, CDs can be prepared monthly and sent directly to you. This is a more convenient alternative for a member that wants their canceled drafts back.
• Daily Share Draft Totals by Email. Email notifications will list the dollar amounts and the number of share drafts cleared and returned for the day. Use this mid-afternoon notification to calculate your daily settlement needs.
